Supplement Making Class

When: 6/7; 10:00 - 11:30am
Join us for a presentation and hands on session about how to create your own supplements.
This class is taught by Reilly Steidle of Lucky Ranch Foraging. Reilly has been using supplements for 15 years and worked at the Mayo Clinic as a Medical Laboratory Scientist. She loves teaching foraging classes and being an advocate for natural medicine. Her years of experience allowed her to curate a course with take homes, that is perfect for anyone looking to add some magic to their daily routine. This class will start off with a short presentation, you will then be matched with supplement material from our library and create your own capsules using our special machines!
Capsule making kits are available for purchase after class.
You will leave with a harm reduction hand out to help you continue on your personalized journey and a tracking sheet. Feel free to ask questions and talk to other participants about your experience with supplements. This class is super fun if you bring a friend!
This is a laid back atmosphere and judgement free zone. We are here to support you however we can on your journey. If you need a discount to make it to class, just complete the contact form and we will give you a code!

Learn how to grow mushrooms in a shoebox sized bin, with this hands-on class!
Sam has been growing all kinds of mushrooms since 2019 and started educating others through his company Shroomsquatch Myco-Ventures 3 years ago. Sam was unfulfilled by his previous career as a Social Worker and began applying his passion for mycology to encourage the changes he wanted to see in society. Giving access to this education is Sam’s number one priority and he was able to teach his techniques to a massive audience at Psycon in 2023.
This course integrates a hands on experience with education that covers the life cycle of mushrooms and sterile technique. We will talk about grain colonization, and substrate preparation. Sam will assist you in building a bin that you get to take home, while providing tips and tricks along the way. You will have the opportunity to ask questions about how to complete the process in class, as well as, have access to Sam via email. You will be sent a follow up email with the presentation and where to order additional supplies. Additional grow supplies and the opportunity to inject your bag in our flow hood are available after class.
Our goal is to take the frustration out of learning to grow mushrooms! Everything is backed by our First Flush Guarantee! If you don't make it to your first flush, you can come back to the lab, and we will give you another bin for free! If you have any questions, please contact us via the contact form.
